Melt chocolate chips in a small bowl in the microwave for ~60 seconds, mix with a spoon and keep heating in 30 second intervals until smooth
Fill muffin tin with chocolate. Either use a silicone muffin tin, or line a small baking sheet with wax paper and make small circle shapes without a muffin tin.

Instructions
Note: It’s important to only use natural peanut butter in this recipe made from only peanuts and salt, e.g. Smuckers brand
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Mix together maple syrup and peanut butter in a bowl until a thick consistency forms
Create 2 balls of “dough” and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Press down with a fork in a cross-cross fashion to flatten the cookies & create the pattern as shown in the picture
Bake for 9 minutes
Let cool & harden before eating (it’s ok when they come out of the oven for them to be soft)
No nuts? Use natural sunflower seed butter
Fried Apples

Ingredients
1 Apple, medium - 95 calories

Instructions
Slice apple into 8 or 16 slices.
Melt butter in the microwave (about 20 seconds).
In a bowl, mix together apples, butter, cinnamon (or pumpkin pie spice).
Air fry apples for 10 minutes at 380 degrees F, or bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees F. Flip apple slices midway through (no matter if you’re using the air fryer or oven).
Serve with whipped cream.

Directions
Put candy cane in a plastic bag and crush it into small pieces with a hard object (e.g. an ice cream scoop).

Dip one end of each marshmallow in the chocolate, top with candy cane pieces.

Raspberry Frozen Yogurt
Ingredients
2 oz Yogurt, plain, Greek, 2%, from tub - 43 calories

Instructions
This recipe works best when making at least 2 servings at once. So multiply the ingredients by at least 2 servings, and then divide by 2 or more equal sized servings at the end.
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until very smooth.
Transfer to a loaf pan.
Freeze for at least 2 hours.
Scoop out with an ice cream scoop and serve.
Dairy free? Use a dairy-free yogurt. Don’t use a non-fat version.
