Finger foods and hors d'oeuvres are perfect for almost any wedding. It allows your guests to mix and mingle while eating a party appetizer. You can either have stations with food, place platters around your venue or use serving staff to walk trays of food around your guests. Whichever way you choose, making sure there are plenty of options available will keep your guests happy.
It’s also important to make sure that you’re serving food when you’re serving alcohol. If you end up with a long reception hour while you’re getting photos taken, your guests may start to drink more than expected. This can simply be from getting swept up in the excitement of the day. 3 Ingredient Banana Cookies

Instructions
Mash banana with a fork.
Combine all ingredients and mix evenly.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spoon mixture evenly onto tray and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
Apple Prosciutto Bites

Instructions
Slice apple.
Top apple slice with 1 piece arugula + 1 strip Parmesan.
Wrap 1 small strip prosciutto around stack and pierce with toothpick if desired. Continue.
Dairy free? Use a dairy free cheese, or more prosciutto. Vegetarian? Add more cheese instead of using prosciutto.
Egg White Bites

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Spray a muffin tin with oil spray.
Slice tomatoes and spinach.
In a bowl, combine egg whites, spinach, tomatoes, cheese, and seasonings whisking until well combined.
Pour mixture evenly into muffin tins.
Bake ~30 minutes or until you can insert a fork into a muffin & pull it out clean.
Top with hot sauce.
No dairy? Use a dairy-free cheese or avocado.
Cheese and Crackers

Instructions
Cut cheese into small slices.

Instructions
This recipe works best when making 2-3 servings at one time.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Cut bacon with scissors into small pieces. Fry in pan on stovetop for 8-10 minutes on low heat, mixing frequently.
In a bowl, whisk eggs. Add in cheeses, seasonings, and bacon.
Spray a muffin tin with an oil spray, and add egg mixture (one serving of the ingredients in this recipe = about 3 muffins).
Cook for 25+ minutes. Insert fork or toothpick into egg muffins to see if it comes out clean (then you know it’s done).

Caprese Salad Antipasto Skewers

Instructions
Stick 1 tomato & 1 mozzarella cheese ball on each toothpick.
Dip in vinaigrette
You may have extra tomatoes leftover – that’s ok! Dip them in the dressing by themselves.
If you have fresh basil, add that to the toothpicks to make caprese skewers.
No tomatoes? Use another non-starchy veg like cucumbers or peppers. No dairy? Make an easy salad with tomatoes & 1 small avocado

Cucumber Goat Cheese & Prosciutto Bites

Slice cucumbers into coin shapes. Top with cheese, prosciutto, and berries.
If you’d prefer 1/2 cup of blueberries and 1/2 cup of strawberries, that’s fine!
No prosciutto? Use additional cheese. No dairy? Use a dairy-free brand or additional prosciutto. No goat cheese? Try sour cream.
You can also add caramelized onions on top, as a variation to make this the perfect goat cheese appetizer for weddings.
Bacon Wrapped Dates

2 Uncured bacon, slice - 88 calories
Instructions
Slice dates in halves, and cut raw bacon strips in halves.
Add a small amount of ricotta to date halves.
Wrap with bacon and bake for 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees.
No dairy? Use a dairy-free ricotta. No ricotta? Use feta (regular). No bacon? Use turkey or soy bacon. Another variation of this dish is serving up a wrapped bacon cheddar cheese bite to lean more into the savory vs. sweet.
