8 Engagement Party Desserts

Engagement parties are a beautiful way to celebrate your engagement with your loved ones. You can have your engagement party in your home, in your backyard, in a restaurant, or in another place you rent out.

They’re a lot more informal than wedding receptions, and they have more of a cocktail vibe usually.

The food you serve at your engagement party can make a lasting impression on your guests, so giving them a variety of delectable desserts is always a good idea, as it will end their meals with a bang.

It’s also great to know which desserts your guests would love to have at your engagement party, so in this post, I’m sharing a round-up of dessert ideas any guest would enjoy.

Macaroons

If you want to buy some desserts, macaroons are an amazing option for engagement parties. They’re fancy, fun, look cute, and they’re delicious!

You can even get them in colors that match your decorations, so your whole party theme is in the color of your choice.

Cupcakes

Another popular option for engagement parties would be cute, gourmet cupcakes. The reason why they’re so amazing for engagement parties is that they can be decorated so beautifully, it will seem like they’re part of the decorations! They can be decorated to fit any theme or style, so they’re not only delicious but beautiful as well.

Cupcakes would also work well as dessert bar ideas for your wedding. If you want more ideas for the dessert table for your big day, check out these dessert table ideas for weddings.

Mini tarts

Tarts are another dessert that’s gorgeous and also super tasty. You can do a regular tart and have everyone get a piece (or a few), or you can serve mini tarts, so everyone can grab their own.

With this option, you could include different flavors as well, so your guests can choose.

Cookies

Cookies are always a good option, especially as you can serve gourmet cookies that your guests will adore. You can even add some basic ones, but decorate them with some cute text to match your party!
